    Ambiance is the Store for all Lovers, and is proud to be the LGBTcommunity in Northeast Ohio. Just as early Ambiance customers helped turn the company’s focus to a couple-oriented business, LGBT customers in recent years have helped us improve our product offerings that best fit their wants, needs and desires. From these tailored selections to generous donations at local fundraising events, Ambiance is committed to ensuring that all couples, no matter their sexual orientation, have a happy and fulfilling relationship.

    Since 2007, Ambiance has participated in the annual Cleveland Pride Rally, Parade and Festival. This annual event has grown to over 12,500 attendees, gay and straight, who come to celebrate and support the LGBT community and demonstrate the success of building bridges within all of Greater Cleveland.

    Ambiance President Jennifer Downey is a founding member of Plexus, the Chamber of Commerce for the LGBT Community and Allies serving Northeast Ohio. As a nonprofit organization, Plexus serves the LGBT business community and advocates workplace equality issues in Northeast Ohio. Plexus is a strategic partner in the economic development of Northeast Ohio and serves as a point of connection for corporations, supporters, LGBT businesses and professionals
